Remember there will be days that you want to give up, when you are too tired and your brain is making an excuse for you to cheat on yourself but it’s time to overcome as many of you will, and for that you will be rewarded at the end of the 8 weeks with a healthier, more energetic, and happier you.

- Main Page - We need you to upload your photo and add your weight as mentioned in the guideline before Oct 4th 2017 in order to be eligable to win the 10,000 AED prize.
- Meal Plans - By now you should have selected the meal plan of your choice, printed it out and finsihed your grocery shopping to begin the challenge tomorrow.
- Training Videos - We will be uploading videos every few days so make sure to check for the latest workout, these will be split between Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced, so choose the one that works best for you.
- Forums - As of tomorrow we will be doing a lot of our communications on the forum area and not as emails, please be active in the community and remember this area is a great place to ask your questions and get quick answers.
