Bootcamps

The bootcamps will begin 2nd of October 8 pm @ Kite Beach. As you already know the bootcamps will run 3 times a week for 8 weeks:

  • Monday - 8pm
  • Wednesday - 8pm
  • Saturday - 8am

IMPORTANT - PLEASE BRING ALONG

  • Towel or Yoga Mat
  • Plenty of Water
  • Please be there 10 minutes before bootcamp begins
